Shipping Policy
*There might be unavoidable delays due to the Covid-19 situation that may affect the delivery of your order.
Shipping charges are applicable on all orders depending on the delivery location.
Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. It takes around 7 to 10 business days to deliver an order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges are only allowed if the product is wrongfully delivered, i.e. product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation, or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, in which case we will re-fulfill your order with the same or similar product after review of the wrong delivery/quality/ manufacturing defect within a specific time frame.
Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis. To return or exchange a wrongfully delivered product or report a genuine quality/ manufacturing defect in the delivered product, please get in touch with us at mail@rustichue.com within 48 hours of delivery:
Share your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
We cannot allow Returns & Exchanges under any other circumstances. Customers are requested to verify and review order(s) including colours, sizes, quantities, etc. of textiles /garments /objects before placing the order. No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
